This online purchase will cover your first months membership. Bring your emailed transaction receipt to Independence Indoor shooting. Your first visit to the range will begin your first month. Our staff will need to collect a one time $50 registration fee and a little more information to setup your month-to-month membership. We will provide you with your membership card when you check in.
Membership at Independence Indoor Shooting (IIS, LLC.) will be available only to those persons who are legally able to own and possess a firearm and are at least 18 years of age. Member under 18 must have a parent or guardian that is also a member and must accompany the minor during range visits. Members must be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws concerning the handling and ownership of firearms. Memberships will be granted and may be revoked at the sole discretion of Independence Indoor Shooting. By agreeing to these terms you certify that I am not, and have never been, the subject of a criminal or any other proceeding that prevents me from legally owning, handling, or possessing firearms under Idaho or Federal Law; (2) that I can lawfully own, handle, and possess a firearm; (3) that all information given in this application is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I have read, I understand, and I agree to comply with the Range Rules, Terms, and Conditions found here as well as submitted my online waiver of Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, Release & Indemnity Agreement. 1. Independence Indoor Shooting (IIS, LLC.) facilities are available for use by all Independence Indoor Shooting members, guests of members, private citizen groups, and by the general public. Independence Indoor Shooting memberships are available to provide preferred access, discounts for merchandise, services and facility use, and other benefits to be determined at the discretion of Independence Indoor Shooting. Independence Indoor Shooting membership is subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions stated herein. Membership will be granted and may be revoked at the sole discretion of Independence Indoor Shooting. 2. As part of the consideration for membership, the member herby agrees to remain a member and pay the membership dues for the period specified by the membership option that was selected at the time the membership was originally purchased. Independence Indoor Shooting is entitled to recover its costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred in collecting sums due to Independence Indoor Shooting under this or any other membership provision or otherwise. A. The terms and obligation to the Monthly Membership are month-to-month. All monthly dues are prepaid. By subscribing to the monthly membership, you agree to be billed monthly via a credit card withdraw until a notice of cancelation is provided by you. All monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee or penalty, but require a notice from the member 5 business days prior to the scheduled billing date. Cancelations must be submitted at the facility with our staff or by messaging us on our contact page. Cancelations cannot be done over the phone. After the cancelation notice is provided the membership will expire when the last paid billing and membership month has been completed. No prorated returns will be provided. B. The terms and obligation to the Prepaid Annual Membership is for one year. This membership option is prepaid. It is nontransferable. It cannot be cancelled for a prorated return. At the time the 1 year term expires the membership will automatically be converted to a month-to-month membership of the same type as the annual membership, and the member will begin being billed monthly via a credit card withdraw and be subject to the terms in section 2:A of this agreement. C. The terms and obligation to the Lifetime Membership is for the living life of the member. This membership option is prepaid. This membership option is not cancelable for a prorated return. This membership option has a 1 time transferable option. Member and transferee must come in together to the store to make the transfer. Independence Indoor Shooting will not facilitate the exchange of money for the transfer, or be responsible in any way for that part of the transfer. 3. All memberships are subject to payment of a one-time non-refundable Registration Fee of $50 and timely payment of membership dues. The Registration Fee covers the setup costs of the membership account. Monthly membership dues for each level of membership vary based on the level of membership purchased, special Independence Indoor shooting promotions, and membership availability. Membership dues and benefits may be reviewed and adjusted by Independence Indoor Shooting at any time. 4. Members may select one of the following methods of payment for their monthly membership dues: A. Automatic monthly credit card payment from a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. A $20 dollar fee will be assessed for any automatic credit card failed credit charge and membership will be revoked until all dues and fees in arrears are paid and credit card charge issues are resolved. B. Single annual lump sum credit card payment from a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. C. Single annual lump sum cash payment. 5. All members, guests, and other Independence Indoor Shooting facility users must follow all Independence Indoor Shooting safety standards and range rules, and must read and agree to the terms of the Independence Indoor Shooting Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, Release & Indemnity Agreement which is incorporated by reference into the Independence Indoor Shooting terms and conditions of membership. All first-time members, guests, and other Shooters Ranges facility users also must participate in the Independence Indoor Shooting range orientation and watch the Independence Indoor Shooting safety presentation before shooting at the range. 6. All guests must be accompanied by a member to be admitted. Members are responsible for all actions taken by their guests and will hold Independence Indoor Shooting harmless for property damage, accidents and injuries to or caused by guests. 7. All members and guests are subject to the general policies and rules of operation and administration of Independence Indoor Shooting, all of which are intended to provide a safe, professional, friendly, and family-oriented environment for the shooting sports. 8. Any member or guest of a member may be suspended or expelled from the Independence Indoor Shooting facilities for violation of the range rules or for behavior deemed unsafe by Independence Indoor Shooting personnel. Decisions of the Independence Indoor Shooting management regarding suspension or expulsion are final. 9. If a member or a member's guest causes any damage to Shooters Ranges property, whether accidental, negligent, willful or otherwise, the member (and the member's guest) will be removed from the ranges and/or facilities and suspended or terminated from membership. The individual responsible for the damage may be civilly liable or criminally prosecuted. Independence Indoor Shooting reserve the right to charge the member the costs for any such damage, regardless of whether the damage is caused by the member of the member's guest. Should court action be required to collect the damages, the member will also be liable for Independence Indoor Shooting attorney fees. 10. All Shooters Ranges members will be photographed for Independence Indoor Shooting records and identification, and all members must present their Independence Indoor Shooting identification cards whenever they use Independence Indoor Shooting facilities. All guests must present a photo ID before using Independence Indoor Shooting facilities. Member has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the foregoing terms and conditions of membership in consideration of being granted the privileges of Independence Indoor Shooting membership.
